🕒 Why does it take so long to get a shirt?
We know, we know – you’re eagerly waiting to rock your Bisbee’s swag, and it feels like waiting for a fish to bite. Here’s the deal: **our products are printed on demand**. That means when you place an order, the magic (and printing) begins. No massive stockpile, no waste – just fresh, custom-made gear straight from the press to your door. The usual turnaround time is **7–14 business days** from order to delivery. Hang tight, it’s worth the wait!
📬 How long does shipping take?
Once your item is printed and packed, it’s hooked to the shipping line! Most orders in the U.S. arrive within **3–7 business days** after printing.
🌎 Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. **We currently ship within the U.S. only**. If you're outside the U.S., stay tuned – we hope to expand our shipping horizons in the future.
💸 What’s your return policy?
We get it – sometimes the fit isn’t right, or the colors don’t vibe. Since we make everything on-demand, **returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items**. But don’t worry, if there’s an issue, we’ll make it right. Just drop us a line at **info@bisbees.com** with your order number and a photo of the problem within **30 days of receiving your order**.
🎨 What if the colors don’t match what I saw online?
Screens can be tricky! The colors on your screen might vary slightly from the final product due to monitor settings and printing methods. It’s like fishing – sometimes the catch looks different in person than it did in the water.
🔄 Can I cancel or change my order?
As much as we’d love to reel your order back in, our on-demand system moves fast! Once your order goes into production, changes and cancellations aren’t possible. Be sure to double-check your cart before you checkout.
